#BookBlogWriMo Day 30: Wrap Up

Wrap up:

I can’t believe that today’s the last day of #BookBlogWriMo! Starting from tomorrow onwards I’m back to my normal blogging schedule D:

It’s been a wonderful experience and I’m glad that I’d managed to finish it (although some of them are a day late opps). Looking forward to next year’s #BookBlogWriMo!

My posts:

Goodbye November 🙂

#BookBlogWriMo Day 29: The Future of Your Blog

The Future of Your Blog:

1. Less memes, more original stuff

I will continue to participate in Top Ten Tuesday and Waiting on Wednesday, but I’ll not do them weekly – instead, I’ll work on more DIYs and Beyond the Book posts.

2. Combine programming and book blogging in some ways

I’m learning objective-c right now and I hope one day I’d be able to combine that and book blogging together. How? I’m not sure, it could be an app or something. I love both science and literature and I think that it’d great if we could find more ways to connect them together (other than audio books and ebooks etc)

#BookBlogWriMo Day 27: Authors You’re Thankful For

Authors You’re Thankful For:

1. Veronica Roth – for writing Divergent (which changes my life (literally) and got me into reading)

2. J.K. Rowling – for creating the Harry Potter world and turning me into a fangirl

3. Rolh Dahl – for giving me an awesome childhood

Sorry for the late post and belated happy Thanksgiving! (I had a big Biology test today and slept for 4 hours only D:)

#BookBlogWriMo Day 26: Cheating on Books: TV & Movies

Cheating on Books: TV & Movies:

I don’t watch TV shows (surprise!)

1. A lot of them are dramas (and you know I don’t like dramas)

2. Some of the shows are pretty good but sadly I don’t even have enough time to sleep so…

I wish I have access to foreign TV shows D:

Of course occasionally I will watch some but just a couple of episodes

Movies I’ve watched this year (apart from those books-to-movies adaptation)

#BookBlogWriMo Day 25: How do you deal with Book Hangovers?

How do I deal with Book Hangovers:

1. Take a break

Time is the solution. I’ll wait until I get over the obsession before moving on to the next book.

2. Revisit the world until I get tired of it

Well technically I won’t get tired of it – it’s just that after tons of rereads and tons of youtube videos (booktube or movies behind the scenes etc) I tend to get a little bit bored (not in a bad way). And so naturally I have the urge to pick up a new book and read.

3.  Do other things

Like blogging! And watching youtube videos (I’ll admit it – I’m quite obsessed with youtube).

#BookBlogWriMo Day 24: Reading Cave Fantasies

Reading Cave Fantasies:

I know this not a nook but I’m divergent and I can’t be controlled so I’m going to put it on my list okay? okay.

I want to build a kind of sofa that’s going to change its shape depending on your reading position – no more shoulder ache or leg numbness. Oh and it’s the best when there’s thunderstorm outside. I love the sound of thunder (weird I know lol)
